She is experienced leading complex organizational transformations and IT integrations for large multi-site, multi-state, organizations in highly regulated industries. Kristin has more than twenty-five years of leadership experience gained from growing, scaling and transforming organizations through the strategic enablement of technology that drives increased revenue and margin through both organic and inorganic growth.

Kristin has worked across many industries that include healthcare, finance, academic, biotech, banking, construction, hospitality, and insurance sectors. She has served as a technology leader at leading national organizations where she has developed broad experience in strategy, operations, product development, cybersecurity and M&A. She is a Certified Director with NACD and Bank Director.
